What to start a RC build.

Hi, I am new to this board and to the RC world. I have a few quick questions.

Where can I but a starter or build a starter kit?
Second who has a Toyota body?

well the thing that most everybody starts out with is a TLT1 rockbuster kit I dont know for sure where the best place to get one is, but I do know that if you do a quick search for TLT kits here you might find where to get one and when to get the best price, they seem to run sale every holiday weekend

as for the toyota body, I do know that tower hobbies has some trophy truck style bodies, but I am sure that there are others out there

if you go to www.rccrawler.com in the vendor section of the forum i believe someone is selling toyota bodies, but they are spendy iirc

Also check locally at WARCRC. One of the members has Proline's newly re-introduced FJ40 (renamed the Bushwacker) body for sale.
Another member has Benders black SW2 chassis for sale at half the retail cost.

If you are just getting started, I was pretty impressed with the PTI Goliath crawler I saw recently. It could use some mods, but it looked like a pretty solid starting point.
