What's for lunch?

I'm finding myself having to eat fast food a lot lately. I try to find healthier alternatives to burger and fries. So you guys find anything good besides a #1 with cheese?

Right now I'm in St. Louis area and they have a chain called lions choice
Also Wendy's has a strawberry salad it's so so.

Kinda of a fancy ass place but if you like salads then look for Newk's Eatery. Damn good salads and sandwiches.
