I bought one. Turns out, 99-10 are the same. I thought they changed in 08 but it was actually 11.

Yeah I have just recently started using the truck more for my business and am on my 2nd tail gate handle from raising and lowering it so much (plastic pieces of ****). I am considering a flat bed, but no way I am paying 2 thousand plus dollars for one.
