Sold/Expired WTB less than 13" diameter steering wheel

I am looking to buy a smaller steering wheel. Right now I have a 13" diameter wheel that is too big to work with the changes I have made to my buggy. If anyone can help before this weekend it would be greatly aprreciated. You can call or text me at 615-456-7185. I am not looking for anything fancey, just a cheap wheel that is not beat to death.
