I bought this rig a couple of months ago and it is a little too much for my 1/2 ton tow rig and 16ft. trailer to haul long distances. I am willing to sale or trade for a nice light weight buggy. If I trade I need a rig with 1 tons or built yota axles. I would prefer an automatic on at least 37" tires. This rig is turn key ready to ride as is, no problems, no leaks. I am not willing to trade for junk this a seriously nice rig with a lot of details. The body is still really nice as well as the interior. Here are the specs.
2001 zr2 blazer. title in hand no rust
engine: 2001 vortec lq4 6.0 with 230 237 cam , ls6 valve springs, arp rod bolts, all tuning done in house. 2 10inch pullers and 1 12inch pusher electric fans
trans: 4l60e mild built, tuned in house, line pressure boosted, aux cooler
transfer case: 233/231 hybrid manual shifted. 4:1 full jb conversions internals with wide chain and hd gears
driveshafts: front tom woods 1410, 1310 superjoint with 20 inches of travel. rear tom woods 1410, 1310 cv with 6 inches of travel
axles: fully rebuilt and serviced less than a year ago. 2.5 ton rockwells, shaved mohawked, fully locked. diy4x4 pinion brake kits. off the shelf calipers and pads. stops on a dime and gives change. in reverse hitting the brakes hard will pick the front end up.
steering: full hydrolic orbital. huge trans cooler to run and store fluid. single 8 inch ram on 2inch .25 wall sleeved with 1.5inch .25 wall tie rod with cromoly 7/8ths bolt heims.
exo cage is 1.75 120 wall dom
have doors
race seats with 4 point harnesses
12k winch
dual remote batteries
alcan springs
rhinod interior
tires are 42 tsl bias no leaks
wheels are custom stazworks double beadlocks revolution offroad style powdercoated. i paid 1800 for these less than a year ago.
