chassis does have surface rust but it ends there, nothing major. there is motor mounts and tranny mount already built and it ends there. you can have the stand with it, its on wheels and the uprights are adjustable. eng came out of a 04 astro and has 40k, wiring,computer,a/c,alternator, etc...
