I found someones rear license plate...the one with the tabs and if I had lost mine I would appreciate getting it back...I am posting here that I found this persons license plate and want to know if they would like it back.

Seems pretty straight forward to me.

It's Bishop's. We were looking for it yesterday, after he lost it last weekend. He's gonna be stoked!!

He lives in Bellevue and works in Kirkland.
