I have a SAS'd 92 toyota pickup. It is serving daily driver duties right now, and it's got a 5.29 aussie front third and a 5.29 spool rear third. I am going to build an open 5.29 third because a selectable locker is not something I want to throw money at. I am looking for an opinion of what I should do. Leave the aussie locker in the front and put the open third in the rear. this would be good for snow since you have a front locker pulling you. or should i swap the aussie thats in the front right now to the rear and put the open third in the front. i just want it to be a little more driveable and that spooled rear is annoying as hell to drive everyday. eventually this will either get sold or it will be trailered to wheel so i will go back to lockers f/r but for now i am trying to seek practicality. thanks in advance for the opinions.
it's not relevant but i threw a pic in just for the hell of it.
