I heard some sad news today, One of our members "leadfoot067" Lost his house/belongings today in a house fire. From what I understand, everything is gone. Right before the holidays.

Our NWW members have really stepped up to the plate in the past and helped fellow members out, and this time of year, I'd love to see that again.

The holidays are a time for giving and showing love.

I will follow this thread up with more info on how to donate. (hopefully a bank account will be set up here in a couple days)

From what I hear, Shane is a very proud person and I want him, his gf and his kids, to see that the spirit amongst our fellow 4wheelers is alive and willing to help in a time of need.

Anyone with more inforomation, please let me know so I can add to this. I can't find any local info in the papers yet but I'm not too familiar with his area either.

Any sticker purchases made in this month, money will go towards that family. Michael and I both will be donating as well.

Again. As soon as we know more info. I will post up..

Thank you!! :awesomework:

I just got off the phone with Shane.. pretty much everything with the exception of the garage is fawked....

Shane, Kristina, and all the kids got out OK!! :D

****ty deal anytime, but especially right before the holidays... :booo:

We are having a WOW meeting on Wednesday the 10th 7pm @ Puerto Vallarta in downtown Puyallup address 215 15th St. S.E. Puyallup, Wa 98372. There will be a donation bucket for Shane and family at the meeting. Please make a showing to at least help fill this bucket for Shane and family.

Wheelinjp will set up the bank account on monday so if you have any question contact him or me on the info.

Very sorry to hear this happened--:booo: --But Very happy to hear they are OK!!! I will be getting this info spread thru the RRR's to see what we can come up with...Anyone know the age/approx sizes of the daughters? And approx sizes of Shane and GF??? I know we have some stuff in nice condition that we don't use...

House fires are ****ty, BTDT, they take out EVERYTHING, even if the room doesn't get direct fire.

Have Shane let us know what he needs, and we'll help as we can. Was it his house or a rental? Insurance? Tell him to go over his policy with a fine tooth comb, and use it for all its worth. Document all possessions as best as he can and go over any settlement as well double checking anything. They tend to do them quick, and if he does his homework, and details it out he can usually get pretty close to replacement cost. Hard to concentrate on that when this happens, but he will need to act fast to keep on top of it.

Mine and my families thought to him and his. Stuff can be replaced, lives can't. Glad everyone was safe.

Lame deal. I'm in.

So if I paypal for stickers and add some extra $$$ in, it'll get to Shane?

Need stuff brought down?

That's about 2 miles from my mom's house. I don't know if there is anything that needs to be brought down there, but I'll be heading that way friday night (the 12th) with an empty SUV and a trailer.
