Elbe hills 1/10/09

Me and my pops headed up to Elbe today, the plan was to run the busy, but after breaking trail for about 45 minutes, I turned back down and we decided to try for the mainline and easywild. Spent the rest of the day getting through the last part of the mainline, which had no recent tracks either. Broke a spring about halfway through and had to ratchet strap it back together. Good times.:awesomework:

What do you mean I was jumping it too hard? :redneck:

YES. There are a few places to park along the road up there, but the hill is pretty iced up, and the plow truck has been through to the snowpark, so there's nice berms on either side. I parked down at the highway in a super sneaky spot.

Where was that hole that you were going through? Is that on the mainlien before the exit to the busywild?

Thats right where you got stuck. See the freshly cut log we used for winching in the back ground. The Suzuki may have hit it with drivers front tire.

Exit off of the mainline to the entrance for the busy.
That's the same hole that buried me last weekend. I crossed it the first time without a problem. On the way back I was coming at a different angle and ended trying to go through the whole instead of across it. Didn't work so well

Yeah my cameraman puckered a little when I bounced off it towards him. :haha:

i think i saw you coming up the road we were turning the trailers around before you go up hill, the busy was grate we got half way thou and snapped an axle went in at 10am came out at 10pm the holes in beginning of busy it will swallow up your ride it was great. :awesomework: :worship: :worship: :worship: :011: :011:
