So cause my trailer sits on my street a lot i put a coupler lock on it so it doesnt get stolen. Well this morning i try to load up to go to reiter and the damn thing is jammed like no other, broke a key trying to get it off but it just isnt happening. I think im going to call the comany on monday and ask them WTF is up with this stupid peice of junk i paid 60 bucks for.

Not sure if anyone else uses one like this but here is a picture of what ive got on there

Needless to say im pretty pissed off right now cause i cant hitch my freaking trailer up and i want to go wheeling damnit:mad:

And your point is??? Your going to school to be a welder, part of that i thaugh would be taking off crappy stuff.

Get the torch out.....that will "Unlock" it :awesomework:

If i had one i would:mad:

Its easy enough to cut this off, otherwise i will never get around to welding a new one on knowing me:haha:

Get a big hammer and smack it I bet it will come off. Most locks just keep the honnest people honnest and a 5 lbs hammer will break most locks

Its ballistics plastic, suppose to be able to take a 22 round and not break, which is why i bought it:mad::haha:

Plastic hates fast cutting stuff.

I will just get out the cut off wheel in a bit and cut off the hardened steel ring off of it, it suppose to have a lifetime warranty wonder if they will honor that if i had to cut the peice of junk off:haha:

Just grab a hammer and go smack it hard a couple of times and tell us what happens

Mine has always needed to be banged around abit to unlock it. It is a bit different than yours but if you get it off make sure you oil the **** out of it and give it a smack or two prior to attempting the unlock.

Until today mine has worked flawlessly, had it for almost a year now too:eeek:

messin with you
but when I steal trailers all I do is hook up the safty chains and drive off . it is a lot quicker than hooking up the ball

Just kidding but something to concider

Im thinking of getting a wheel lock like the police use actually:awesomework:

Its cold outside:redneck:

O and i kicked it a lot with the steel toed boots too:redneck:

lock was probably frozen..... a lighter on the key usually works, sometimes takes a coupla trys to get it warm enough to melt the ice in the tumblers.:;

Sounds like the guy that you removed valve stems from is doing a lil payback...:haha:
