Help Support Hardline Crawlers:

Well to answer your questions on a legal sense about your subscriptions....legaly they were with a different company that is now defunct, and have no legal obligation to honor any old subscriptions. The classy and buisness savy thing would be that this new organization fullfill there older subscribers orders with the new magazines subscrirptions.

The thing is they have not sold one magazine yet and need to recoop costs of starting up and getting things to print which is not cheap...I would say patience is the best way to approach this, with support if you really want this magazine back....

Nope I'm just asking an honest question. Sure I still talk to tim and I have certainly heard his side of things to a point but I have yet to hear what he did. Did he walk out with all the money? Did he spend all the reserves on his projects? What did he do? Simple as that..

All we hear is tim is a douchebag. I'm not going to argue that because he sure as hell acts like one way more than any person should.. :haha:
 
I renewed just before the old mag went south and didn't get one issue but I'll pay the money to subscride again in a heart beat.

Maybe that makes me foolish but there's no substitute for that magazine.

Since you talk to Tim, perhaps you can relay his side of the story. Then we can all be in the loop.

From all I've heard (rumor, hearsay & innuendo), Tim's a douche. If that's wrong, perhaps Tim (or his spokesperson) can share a little. Especially now that Crawl is officially 'sold', and Tim has nothing to loose.

You already are his spokes person. WT, you've been the ONLY one around here defending T's honor (or lack thereof) for months. You type away as though it's all rumor, hearsay & innuendo; asking for 'proof'.

Well the proof's in the pudding. XOM & Crawl (version 1) are dead & buried. The general consensus (Google: Tim Piele) is that T's a douche. Nearly every forum on the WWW (and especially Pirate) hate's him.

Surely you can't get 'mega-Wenzeled' for unjust cause.

I'd guess, you have, or have had a friendship with him. And that's cool. But you started the "anyone care to enlighten me" comments and it's exactly those comments that incite more hate and discontentedness.

Show me where I have actually defended tim. You won't find it, all I've EVER said was that I figure there has to be more to it than I've heard. Contrary to a lot of people I don't follow along with the trends and bandwagons.. :;
 
Two good mags failed due to poor management, Tim was involved in the leadership, if this third venture is successful, then we will know that he was the weak link, some people are business minded, and some aren't. :awesomework:

If you don't want to part with $25, don't buy the ****ing mag subscription then! Yeah many people spent money and got nothing (or close to it) in return. So what...? If you're bitter about, go along your merry way...


For everyone else who likes what CRAWL attempts to produce and is willing to give em another shot, then :cool:

Seems simple to me. No one's holding a gun to your head. Just don't look over my shoulder while I'm reading my sweet mag :fawkdancesmiley:

Your statement is true. However, if you go back thru all the various and sundry threads related to Crawl or XOM, you'll find that your posts always pop up right after the Tim gets blamed, saying 'show me'. It's like your a thread stalker.

Ever notice in a Court of Law, how the defendant gets to choose whether he (or she) testifies? It's pretty damning, when XOM failed. It's more damning when Crawl didn't ship to everybody who's subscribed. Then it's even worse damning when Brandon testified the Tim stole the nest egg. When Crawl failed, it's looking a lot like Tim's at fault.

Now I know that there's no proof. But in lieu of Tim's testimony (or lack thereof) of defense. A reasonable jury of Tim's peers *might* just find him guilty base strictly on circumstatial evidence.
 
I just like to think that Brandon would be smart enough to not go into business with someone that was a thief that bankrupted the first company... How stupid would that be?

I'm great friends with Brandon. Brandon is a great photographer, a great spokesperson, a great "get out there, meet people and shake hands" kind of guy. I don't think he's a great businessman. (:flipoff:, Brandon) That's where John and Larry come in. :D

But I do find it funny that of all the people to call me a nutswinger that aventeone would be the one to do it. Brandons sack must be fawking huge from all the sack swingers hanging off of it at all times. :flipoff:

Not going to continue to argue, Tony is doing a fine job. The simple and short answer here is that Brandon is right, and telling the truth.... and Tim Piele is a Douchebag.

But none of that matters, what MATTERS is that the most kick-ass magazine is BACK and will be better than ever!
 
As I said a long time ago aventeone all that I want to hear is that the next issue is due on X date. Plain and simple. I want that mag to keep going even if john is the new figurehead.
 
I for one want to see the magazine keep going now that the lying cheating fawk nut of a piece of **** is no longer with the company. Tim can choke on a bowl of dicks and die. He was the worst thing that could have ever happen to the sport!

how did CRAWL2Media legally aquire CRAWL Magazine?

And yes, I don mean ACQUIRE, as stated in the ***le and first Paragraph-

The lawsuits with Tim have yet to be settled, they haven't even made it to court yet.

How can they acquire CRAWL when Tim still owns half, resignation or not he still owns the stock.

If they claim to own part of CRAWL and sold it to themselves, why aren't they paying off part of the debts instead of sticking Tim's girlfriend with them?

If they don't claim to own any stock in the old company, how can they "acquire" jack **** w/o Tim's permission?

Tim and his gf have run TC for what 6 years now and never asked for anything, they deserve way better than this from it's fans...


btw what awards has Brandon ever won???? Perhaps the ****tiest airline baggage loader award!??

I'm sure his first issue is going to be a lot of owe'ing people so there will probably be very little income for awhile. So it might be a little hard to honor paid subscriptions from the previous crawl. Just be patient. Buy them at the news stand if you prefer.
