No concealed permit necessary in Alaska, Vermont, and now Arizona. I just heard this on the radio. Weird. Also George Washington still has two books out from the library from 1789.
 
A little, and I am reading some more now that you asked, but it seems more suitable to carry with a concealed permit than to carry out in the open. Is that what's going on here? You need a permit to conceal, but the right to bear arms is out in the open?
 
where are you from, France? everyone knows that.

another issue is what is "Open Carry" does it have to be outside clothes or visable from 360 degrees as you approach.
