Funney/Moon Rocks Saturday

I am pretty sure there was no issue with it. I spoke with the sherif while I was over in the rimrock area and he had stopped off and talked with the pnw group.

They did visit us. We thought since it was an informal and free event that permitting was not required, and we were wrong. The officer very professionaly and politely informed us of what was required and it will be handled properly next year. It was funny though, because the officer stated they made more money off of everybody paying for their camp spots than they would have off the permit... he didn't seem to mind too much. :haha:

Ya that older guy was pretty cool--he came and watched our RC stuff for a while. He was talking about some kind of get together and was showing me pictures and I think he was kinda shocked when I named off the owners of just about every rig he had a picture of :haha:

This guy ? Steve Suttlif. "press hard 4 copies" :haha: No really he's a real nice guy and a benifit for us to have out there

I had fun...looking forward to doing it again on the 26th!

I was not sure about your line here.....Glad I wasn't inside, but you make it look so easy :eeek:

I've rolled on that line. It's nice though......you fall/roll into the only soft spot in the entire area.:redneck:No rock rash.

Thanks for letting me know that it is "roll" worthy......last time I rode with him I thought he was going to dump it over passenger side. Anyway I digress- Here's a few more

They put that tent up where the newest and sickest line (exits) at Funny Rocks is.

Just an FYI.:awesomework:Did anyone see it / try it?

We were at the rocks today & ran into the Climax guys...they walked up & down the sickest line at Funny Rocks. Pic is stolen from KrazyK5.

Lord almighty that's a sick line.. I almost wonder if my wheelbase is long enough for my front tires to be on top to pull the rest up? :redneck: I'll look at it when I'm up there next but I seriously doubt my balls are big enough to try it. :booo:

Matt is a very talented driver with little fear especially on drops! It was nice to meet some of the WOW crew..... That was the second day we have had to work as a driver/spotter team and still getting used to each other and me getting used to his car.
After you guys left we went to moonrocks and ran a bunch of lines with him blindfolded to work on our communication:awesomework::beer:

Wish us some luck for the grand nat's next weekend

I borrowed some pics from others & added a few of my own...
