I think the purpose is to kick the wiis ass and send all their customers over to us. I dont think the government would wanna spy on me :redneck:

It will even tell you your body weight if you get "Your Shape Fitness Evolved"
 
I don't think the kinect will. But it can scan your body for size. So maybe it has some crazy way of determining your weight.

I picked up a Kinect tonight, early Christmas present for the wife. I bought Kinect Sports for me and Dance Central for the wife. We played Dance Central for like an hour and a half. I absolutely hate dancing, but I must say that game is pretty entertaining. After dancing for 2 songs I could hardly stand my legs hurt so bad, it feels like I have been doing squats or lunges non stop, I am going to be so sore tomorrow. Played the Adventure game for a few minutes too. Going to bust out the Sports game tomorrow after work.
 
The adventure game is pretty fun. That one will smoke your legs.
 
It's pretty damn fun! I was just playing by myself, but it is way mor fun than wii sports. My favorite is the track & field, it brings back memories of playing track & field on the ol' NES with the Power Pad. The bowling is pretty cool too. Still need to play the Adventure one more, only played it for like 10 min so far.
 
Adventure is the only one we have right now. But we might go get another one tonight or tomorrow. There is a bunch of stuff you unlock when you play adventure. The wife and kid are playing it right now. Her sister just picked up a kinect so they are on video chat back and forth. Trying to figure out how to play multiplayer with them.
 
So my wife already went at bought dance central. I have figured out I have no rhythm and sol ja boy is a hard song to dance to. Holy crap hard and I had it on easy.
 
Haha, yeah I have no rhythm either, my wife was laughing about how stiff I was. We started at the top of the list and just started working down, they seem to get harder the farther down the list that you go.
 
they were out...... is there any racing games for it, or something like that? Like sit in a chair and steer or something? :redneck:

Yes Black Ops is definatly worth buying, I hate that it came out right after Fable III, and I haven't even finished Halo Reach, and Kinect came in the mail today :mad:
 
I want to get black ops but I'm waiting till next payday. We have spent almost $300 on the xbox this week with games and the kinect. And damn it to hell I want bead locks. So I'm ordering those on Monday before she wipes out our slush fund.

Haha, my arms are killing me today from doing the boxing yesterday. It's crazy how much of a workout swinging your arms around can be. :haha:

I brought our Kinect over to Nick's place tonight, after playing some Kinect Sports for a while we started playing Dance Central, so we started recording video. :redneck:

Oh and probably the most entertaining part of the night was when Nick's dog Harley attacked my leg when Nick and I were sprinting in Kinect sports, I'm just glad I was wearing jeans!

worth the $60... No. I bought Black ops for my bro and I two weeks ago. It's a revamped version of COD Mod2. Sure you can personalize your character/weapons and play zombies but im not sure it was worth the coin. Grab in ebay for much cheaper. :awesomework:

i love black ops and sooner or later im definitly gonna have to get me a kinect. my buddy brought his over and it is dang fun.
