I know it's not a Lowrider, but there are only a few I've seen in this thread that are, so I'll post a few of my daily drivers.

Currently it's a '63 Mercury Comet. All of these pictures are only a few days after I got it and are before I did bigger wheels (14's instead of 13's :bling: ) and white walls. The car had a spring over in the rear when I got it, but less that two hours later it looked like this (it's now about two inches lower)

My '68. It might not look TOO low in the first two pictures, but the height of the rocker in last picture is a good indicator of the stance it has now (the tire on the wheel is 26" tall)

'67 VW stuff. All of these pictures are four years old at a bare minimum ( I lowered the rear of it a couple of splines and decided to take it out in the snow for a trip around the north-eastern part of the with my buddies as soon as I was done! :redneck: the last picture is what a long drift through a big sweeping corner will do... I tried to straighted the wheel out but that wasn't happening!)

A 63 ford f-100 me and a buddy built, dropped, shaved. It now has a custom flatbed with wood floor in the back. Kind of a rat rod.

Props on turning the stinger! How much was your beam narrowed?

Just looked at this thread for the first time. Kick ass! That first car just looks mean.

This car looked like the love bug when o got it...beam is narrowed 6 in...I sold it a few years ago to some Guy in Kent..o put some brm's on it right before I sold it..
Yeah I like the sound of a stinger but hate the look...I miss that car

It looked right about like that. The first time I dropped a bug I still had 165's up front and a tossed a stock width beam with welded dropped spindles in it (that I REALLY think was de-leafed... and I honestly don't know because I still haven't opened it up to see) and had to be to work the next day, so it burnt all the paint off the re-pop fender that it had, warped it all to **** and then it started cracking! But hey, I didn't have to worry about it rubbing like that (still rubbed on the back of the headlight buckets of course)once I tossed the 145's on there!

In the pictures I posted it has 135s on the rear..and 195/45/15 on the front ...when I sold it I had 165/45/15 on the front on brms ...that car would blow the small turtles off the road when you change lanes...it had disk brakes on the front withe drop spindles and adjusters ....a x nasty camber in the rear...swing axle...

I have a '66 that I got in pieces with a fresh pan and when I build that I'm going to raise the torsion housing and trans to help out with that a little (actually for a better contact patch rather than anything else)

here are a couple of my 55 after i did my ls1 6 speed swap a couple months ago fun little car:beer::beer:
