Times change, we age, we get busy, and the hobby we once loved isn't center stage.

My friend keeps joking with me that I'm going to start smoking meats any day with craft beer.

I like to eat bbq, but I'm not sure I care for cooking them all day.

i do like smoking meat and drinking beer. smoked a meatloaf a few weeks ago. that **** was the jam.

I quit smoking meat and drinking beer. Now I just focus on building ratrods, buggies and such. Currently building a ratrod Jeepster for the Ratrod Magazine buildoff contest.

Apparently I need to narrow down my criteria for personality. Spread too thin I think is the term.

because all that meme-able stuff, plus built a log splitter and a skid plate setup for the Tacoma, and creek fishing. and some gear installs too.

Dont have the patience to smoke meat, dont have the taste buds for craft beer.

Been a rough and dumb past 8 months for me, only say dumb because it is 100% self inflictaded.

Turned 50 this year, thats been a mess in my head. Age deaths of people i didnt know never bothered me as much as that **** does now. Yes, I know we all get older every second of every day.
