Got out ( Lost a bit ) then got back in around 6 bux on IGC which was where I tried to be before my account verified. I'm sitting on it and another one. Also been sitting on an oddball cheapo stock that sounded interesting MagnaGas MNGA , it's been a fun one and it had me at Proprietary process and just went abroad recently.

I have a good bit of Berkshire so I'm still ahead overall between work purchasing and playing on Robinhood. I bought a Stock in Tesla cuz it was dumping and then they announced Elon bail out and moving him within the company. But the investment they have in China and the tariffs n ****. I think Tesla is going to struggle LONG term mainly due to the China plant and politics.

Basically, I have no idea what I'm doing but it beats a Casino :flipoff1:
 
How’s everyone doing after a year or so?

I’ve started shorting 3x leveraged ETFs like UGAZ/DGAZ/GUSH/DRIP, made pretty good headway on those after losing a bunch in some weed stocks lol

For some reason Hertz rent a car has been bouncing around a lot too,


GE has picked back up a lot too. Got lucky there and picked up a bunch for ~$7

I'm glad I can say it's not me but it did actually happen to someone. I can't imagine dealing with that crap.

Yeah no ****. I got lucky on a few and been dumping “leftovers” into penny stocks, happened into magnegas a few weeks ago!

I think the reverse split messed with a bunch of people, split-spike-dump.

Sell sell sell!

It will likely bottom out again.

Still shorting some of the bumps. I still haven't made back what I lost in some pot stock crashes from a while ago tho lol

Mostly buying stuff in my IRA accounts that I'm planning to keep long term.

I made a killing on TVIX when the market crashed (bought a bunch for $44, sold for $830 a share) (it hit $1000 a share later) Then I bet every penny I owned on an oil futures stock (OILU) knowing it would eventually make me for real rich... and then they went belly up. Lost it all
 
I've been thinking Disney would be a good buy right now. Along with Cloudflare (NET)
 
So an oil barrel is negative now....if there is anybody out there that wants to change a persons life Please explain to me how to make an appropriate investment and make some money from it...there has to be a way. Thanks...rant/plead over

I can't figure out how to buy crude either!
 
Commodities are a different animal. Look at something like a BNO ETF stock. Or a company stock in the industry.

To be honest, that is something I would like to know. I know May futures contact is about to expire but it's low and June is expecting a positive $20. Russia and Saudi are not cutting enough production. I believe they agreed on 6 million barrels a day, which is nothing not to long ago. As of 10:30pm eastern, futures for tomorrow is back to a positive $1.57. The right person or the President, opens their mouth and anything can swing one way or another super quick. Money can be made shorting stock with option trading. Until the USA / World opens back up and everyone gets over fears as a collective group, oil will stay low. There is no demand right now. Saudi can afford to pump oil at almost any price and still make money, which in turn just makes the situation worse. Pretty much running out of room for storage and I have even heard that some companies are storing oil on tankers.
 
I saw a tanker company went from 8 bucks to 100 today and then settled back down. Wish I was smarter. Downloaded Robin Hood. I guess that’s step one.
