i carry a kahr P9 and love it i shot a PM40 before i bought mine and wasent comfortable with it too small for me i carry the P9 in a inside the belt holster comfortably and the girlfriend can barely tell if im carrying

im still a better shot with my glock 23 though like stated above it just seems to put itself on target just not nearly as concealable as the P9

go to the range in bellevue and shoot several guns and get whats comfortable for you they dont seem to take the greatest care of their rentals so you get to see what guns can get super dirty and still work properly

Are you talking about Wades? I havent been up there in years. What about the place in Factoria? Its quite large from what I recall.

yeah i bought my P9 at wades after shooting quite a few others nothing compared in the size its just large enough that my whole hand fits around the grip comfortably yet small enough that i can wear it inside my belt all day

btw dont even waste your time shooting a kel tec the trigger pull seems like it is a inch long and clicks 3 times before it drops the hammer it also misfired every couple shots

After looking at packing.org it seems WA is easy to get a permit in. :beer: So since I have one here in the People's Republik, WA shouldn't be an issue. Another good thing is that the Brady Campaign gave the state a D+ grade! :looser: CA got an A- :booo:

No waiting period on long guns in WA. Just have to be 18+ and pass the NICS check.

To update this...
The range in Factoria was WSI, they went out of business about 2 years ago. Which pissed me off b/c it was a nice range and being a member I could shoot whatever I wanted there. :D

I opted for the PM9 instead of the PM40, far more reliable from what I read and the 4 different people I talked to who bought the PM40 and later sold it for the PM9. I'd also read and been told by most those same people that it was much more managable given it's size. It took me a bit to get used to the double action trigger (my other pistol is a fullsize HK USP .40 = single action trigger) but after 200 rounds, I think I got it figured out. :redneck:
