I really like the skid plate design. are those just some sleeves you welded into the frame or are they pre-tapped inserts? Do they go all the way through?

apparently you work faster on your own pile :fawkdancesmiley:

Looking good overall, but I really don't like that trans mount. Is there going to be another mount or support on the t-case?

I built the plate super rigid, as far as the adapter know's, it is directly above the skid plate mount. and as far as the skid plate mount know's the tranny is directly above it. I assure you it will be hell for strong, but no it is not done, when I build the engine skid, it will be supported directly below the tranny mount as well.

well hell would you get off your ass and finish this thing all ready:rolleyes: :hi:

Yeah coming from you:rolleyes:

I just have a little more availible up travel in the rear, the motor mount's are the stop in the front, and the rear tube crossmember thingy is the bumpstop in the rear. as it sit's at full bottom on 35's is is 1 inch shorter than the stock runner across the parking lot. So I fugure that on my 37's it will be about 4 to 4 1/2 inches or so taller than a stock toy.

Got started on the shock mounting tonight, 1 down, 3 to go.
