Toyota has/had a couple divisions, if I remember correctly from my time over there. Basically: Toyota= mid-range market. While the other manufacturers all have their tiny cars, Toyota won't put their name on one...so we have... Daihatsu = bottom end, econoboxes. Most over there have 660cc...

edit: Regarding the Trxus MT's /edit Seemed like in the reviews that they didn't fair well on heavier rigs, i.e. F350 and Tahoe. Lots of sidewall blowouts at high speeds under load. I take the drivaility comments tongue in cheek. It's an Interco tire, not a Goodyear Eagle.
