    Only a very small portion..... the 50 year lease is up and sounds like some big tycoon is coming in to build both condos and another camping site. The newer fancy condos, two very large camp sites and shoping center you speak of are safe.

    As some have mentioned, the answer is quite simple..... our public school system is a cluster ****.... and yes, I feel it has gotten even worse as the years go by.

    Had some friends drive back from Alaska, and their only complaint was that the gas stations aren't open all hours of the day. Keep that in mind.
