I have 4x 37x12.5x16.5 Radial Pitbull Rockers. All roughly 75%. A couple plugs in the tires. 1 has a patch. Doesn't leak. 1 has been volcanized (sidewall) Also doesn't leak.

I wheeled Hutchinsons for a couple years with 35 PBR. Everything worked great. Only down side was cost and I couldn't get the shimmy in the steering to go away. Happened 35-45MPH and it was hit and miss. It could have been the tires I suppose.

Pitbull makes 39.5" bias Rocker but they are a 16.50" wide tire. I've been running radial Pitbull Rockers for a few years now. I have no complaints. They are a great tire and have good sidewall. I've ran both the 35" and currently 37". I wanted 39.5" but 16.50" was a bit wider than I wanted.
