I have the one that mounts in the factory location only it's a Bushwacker or something. You can barely see it in the pic that Kyle posted. Great pic BTW Kyle!

I was just going to ask you if you were putting mini-truck power steering on. I have a complete setup sitting in the garage. Worked great on mine prior to switching to Saginaw. Are you going to run an aftermarket steering stabilizer? I have one that is hardly used.

Exactly! That way you will only have to tear it down so far to install them rather than have to remove the knuckles and trunion bearings, clean everything and then re-install.

I forget if you are installing Long's in the front Chris. If you are now or plan to in the future, now is the time to clearance the inside of the knuckle balls.

You are on the right track with tacking them in place then getting the weight on there prior to finish welding. If you have aftermarket springs, they won't sag much. Also, put the sweepers with retaining rings on and check for clearance from lock to lock between the gusset and the knuckle.

Hey bud, make sure you get those gussets/shock mounts oriented correctly if you want your shocks to be straight up and down. I welded mine centered on the trunion opening and the gussets/shock mounts lean back slightly. It may be because I am sprung over with a cut and turn but I would think the...
