Looking for some good places that have snow right now to wheel. I know copper creek and skate creek but they don't look to have much snow yet. I'd like to find at least a couple feet.:beer:

nobody down here is lookin for a rc crawler buddy?

im kind of new to the rc crawling, and im lookin for some people to go out and crawl with. i know good areas in capitol forest and some other places but its always more fun to go with others. if any of you in the area are down to crawl let me know:beer:

only alittle over a year late but im in the olympia area and im lookin for someone to crawl with i just got into it and have a wraith with some basic crawling goodies let me know if your interested in goin sometime. i live about 15 mins from capitol forrest.

ive used aircraft stripper on powdered lotus wheels it works pretty well, and you can get it off the shelf im pretty sure.

most of your local auto part store should carry a drum brake tool kit.

have you tried using your radio with a buddy close to you to find out for sure your no receiving or transmitting. or are you in the driveway hoping to hear something on 17 or 9?

i run a uniden 510 with an 102" whip and 18 feet of coax. i have better ears than most anyone else and usually have more luck reaching out. if you run a 102" run the 18 foot coax its the magic number for 102". and run power directly off your battery. and dont forget GOOD GROUNDS. run the coax...

naches is about 3 hours. stay away from tahuya :puke:(you'll be bored in about 30 mins). Evans creek and Elbe are fun. Elbe has some more challenging stuff but its mostly muddy up there. there's lots of snow wheeling(and yes legal) in the area if you know where to go. where abouts in oly would...
