Those rigs came from the factory with no mud flaps and are not modified so they don't need them. Besides *****ing about what someone else does doesn't make what you do right.:cheer:

Well i new that but just wanted to prove that the cop vehicles have no mud flaps. the law states 50% of tire or from factory. I think
