Axle-Snappin'/Dirt Nappin' ....

Damn, yer quick!!! Were you sitting there clicking 'refresh' waiting for me to post???:haha:
Rear....heading out to measure the front now!!!:haha: back in a flash!!!:byebye:

The "New Posts" button is yer friend. I PM'ed CHOPSHOP, and I gotta go to town in the morning so maybe we can get this dealt with. (fingers crossed)

Ok, the rear is 28 7/8" flange to flange; so 28 3/4--29 will work. And, we're definitely gonna need a CV end for the case end of the front....

OK, flange to flange on yours is 20 3/4", so it may well work...so hang onto it...

REAR measurement is 20 3/4" flange to flange.
FRONT measurement is 28 7/8" flange to flange.

.....And we are definitely gonna need a double cardan jointed shaft for the front too!!! Does that make sense????:haha:

Left the camera down in the shop!:haha: Not much to update...waiting on a couple trunion brngs---got a couple comin' from a local tomorrow eve...:awesomework:!

OK, got a couple trunions from a buddy up here!! (Thanks to all that offered!)...got the knuckles cleaned up and installed along with Breeze's arms...one small issue though...the Napa TRE's have the zerk fitting drilled in the wrong spot, and it hits the other rod end!!! Gonna have to get a Moog rod end, as it has the zerk in the right spot!!!:D Here's a few pics for ya Unc (I know, FINALLY!!:haha::haha::haha:)...

Well, got Moog tie rod, and it was drilled in the same spot as the napa unit! (manufacturers must have moved the hole since I did mine) Sooo, I carefully tacked the hole closed, and drilled the top of the rod end to accept a zerk...ground the boss down a tad, and it's tight, but it clears!!! Sorry, no pics yet...will catch up on those soon! Front end's all together save for calipers/hoses....still have to figure out the shocks.
