manastash/funny/moon rocks?

anyone know when the snow parks are lifted and we can legaly drive up the ridge, just curious. i looked on the forest service web site and was not able to find anything.

That dosnt always hold true. Depends on the amount of snow.

Then it probably wont open for a couple months due to the massive snow fall this year.:haha:

actualy your kind of right. It may open late from the lack of snow and the fast melt off keeping the ground wet. Then of course this summer were probably gonna get locked out due to fire danger. Best thin to do is call first

Here's what the Funny rocks looked like as of saturday march 20th....

FWIW there is no snow at the snowpark on manastash road... You hit snow at the second bridge crossing where the road starts climbing. Still a few feet of snow at Riders camp and a bunch up top but it's pretty hard and crusty..

nice pics i have always wanted to see what the rocks look like during winter, never made it up there when i had my sled
