This may have needed to be in Tech and Fab... :dunno: but oh well.
What joint is this? Ordered a rebuild kit for Yukon Dana 60 Super Joint and the ID of the cups is too big (.030-.035)
I know the cross has a little wear but the old cups fit tighter than new ones. The old cups also use an "external" seal and the new ones have an internal o-ring....
Any help is greatly appreciated! Trying to get my junk back together for a hill climb next weekend. :driving:

Alright... Think it is Nitro/Longfield but having no luck finding a rebuild kit online. Also my old ones you grease each cup individually, pics I'm seeing of the Longfields show just a center grease zerk....am I screwed on rebuilding these??? ??? Not really wanting to buy new joints if I can avoid it. Definitely need one,but was just gonna go ahead and rebuild both while it was down.

Long changed style at some point, Nitros are still individual cap grease from the pictures.

I'd say ECGS or JustDifferentails has the rebuild kits for the Nitro joints, not sure tho

Wound up getting a new Super Joint..... Called ECGS this morning and rebuild for the Nitro joint are like $50 PER CAP!! :****:
Not knocking the quality of the Nitro joints but I'd recommend going with Super Joints or CTM due to costs of rebuilding them. Thought I'd pass this along for anyone shopping for joints... :dblthumb:
