They had decent reviews. Like stated above......I'm taking a chance soley due to price.

New with steel cable on RC site is 299, so I don't know how its this price with rope, but im trying it.

It was still working when I took it off. I think the remote got wet & the wireless part acted up little bit so you might just wanna keep it from getting wet. It never let me down.

I'm local to rough country an have had about 10 of those winches their warranty is great but the winches are hit or miss u may get one that will last or u may not. And the wireless remotes are junk.

If u was to mount the control box somewhere safe like under the hood or in the cab it would prolly be just fine I've only stripped one out the rest of em just quit working.

The reason people get em so cheap is because their warranty will cover any thing what so ever like a small scratch on it will get covered and they can't resale one that has been returned

Lol I had a hunch that it was legit, awesome deal!

Wife just told me the packing list is from RC Customer Service. Maybe the guy works there and stole it. Pretty bold to sell on e-bay if so. I don't care at this point.

Doesn't appear to be a "scratch and dent" although it will be after 1 ride!!!

I will inspect it closely when I get home. Regardless, it's $200 and if it works, I am happy.

I have a feeling the next time we go riding, it will get used.
