I thought that I would throw this out there because this goes for a GREAT cause. I attended this event last year and i thought that i was just going to be just some Jeeps in a field and i was very shocked to say the least....

this show had a lot of top quality vendors in the industry (4 Wheel Parts, Gen Right had some vehicles there, T n T Customs, Spyder Web Shade, Rusty's Offroad, Axel Offroad, Carolina Metal Masters, and many others i can't recall...) the vendors express at that time that they would be talking to others in the offroading community in an effort to make this show bigger in 2014. and i guess i should have posted this earlier, but i did't really think about it till now.

"The JeepFest is an annual event that is sponsored and operated by the Pickens Sheriff's Office. Sheriff Donnie Craig is an avid and active supporter of the Georgia Sheriff's Youth Homes and hosts this event as one of the major annual fund-raisers for the Youth Homes.
Please take a moment to visit the web site of the Georgia Sheriff's Youth Homes and see what you can be a part of: www.georgiasheriffsyouth.org
The event is staffed by volunteers from law enforcement agencies and local Jeep Clubs from all over North Georgia ensuring a high-quality, safe and well organized event in a family-friendly environment.
We are very excited about some of the sponsors and vendors that will be at the event providing you access to the some of the major names and manufactures in the off-road industry.
In the evenings you can hang out at the bonfire, socialize with other jeepers, kick tires and listen to some great music!
Please bookmark this site, put us on your calendar and check back often as we will be updating the web site with a lot more information very soon."

Been seeing them set this up for a week now and didn't really realize it was going to be as big as it is. Looks pretty cool.

Sounds like a good time. I'm all about good times for a good cause. But something tells me that's NOT my crowd. I may be wrong tho. ( I'm not :****:) I would like to go to a event like this... Just not with cops... I like when I go riding to know that tha money or some of it goes to a good cause. Make the day that much better.

I went last year, it is a good time, for a great cause, the po po is on your side there, it's like a really scaled down version of Bike Week, they give you a break if you are half sane. It is geared more toward the street jeep crowd. I think it will be huge in a couple of years, the obstacle course is pretty neat, they had a full scale teeter totter for the jeeps, you get on and see if you could balance in the middle etc. Fun event lots of jeep clubs and dolled up JK's, but if I see one more jeep crawling up on another jeeps tire....... well..... :puke: Chose not to go this year, just a little too "streety" for my taste. The pic is the hardest obstacle, which was a lot of fun but that was about it.

Re:

Definitely looked to be hundreds, if not thousands of "mall crawlers." For a good cause though.
