I listen to all kinds of music and try to look for good stuff. What do you guys listen to. My stuff changes depending on what I'm doing:
Working out- meta or rap
Driving- country or christian
Wheeling-southern rock or Jamey Johnson type music

What are y'all listening to?

On Pandora I don't type in the artist I want to hear at that moment, I think about what will play around it. It has been a mixed bag, some are awesome, some are terrible.

Bad:
Elton John
Prince
Poison
Rich Boy

Good:
Unknown Henson (favorite)
Hank III
Bloodhound Gang
Korn
System of a Down
David Allen Coe
Ludacris
Rolling Stones
Muddy Waters
Ziggy Pockets
Too short

But on the trail I tell stories and listen to four whole damn liters of badass.

I'm a pandora junkie as well since it's near impossible to download good free tunes anymore, plus I'm almost too cheap for iTunes...

Sturgill Simpson is stoopid good and I've heard he's even better live. I listen to pretty much everything, if you get on my phone you'll find anything from gospel bluegrass to 2pac and you never know what I'll be playing and when. It all just depends on my mood.

I'm the same way. If I want to see the wife break out her moves I hit my "wobble" station on pandora! :JRich:

I was also turned on to "balsam range" recently. Cool bluegrass group. The guitarist is my mother in laws, boyfriends, vacation cabins, plumber. Lol

Oooooooooh! Forgot about this one! Still trying to turn it into a Pandora station without it being a faggy, hippy college music station.

Love that song and yeah that would be a hard one to not get too hippy on.
I really love old school country too and like going through old albums finding songs that I've never heard. Had an old Co worker describe my taste in old country as "VFW music"

I mostly listen to pandora as well. I Usually listen to my chevelle channel on there. Good mix of
AIC
chevelle
korn
APC
seether
Mudvayne
Three days grace
Theory of a dead man
Evans blue
And a **** ton more

The local radio station changed the morning show up to some gay ass liberal asshats called free beer and hot wings so it's country on the way to work. Pandora all day in the shop, then new rock radio station or country for the ride home. Garage generally stays on country because that's what comes in best.

If you don't have one of these for your shop, garage, man cave, then you need one. Wifi internet radio, pandora, i heart radio, and a bunch of other stuff, threw out my boom box after I got it. Makes working on stuff so much better! :****: I have another version in my toolbox at work.

You ever listened to Chevelle's first album, Point #1 all the way through? Some of the songs on it kinda suck, but some of them are badass. Production was shitty on it because of their low budget starting out, but some of those songs would be badass if they would go back now and record them all over. I did not care much for their latest album (La Gargola) or the previous Hats Off To The Bull album, but everything Sci Fi Crimes and back was legit. I been a hardcore Chevelle fan ever since I first heard Send The Pain Below when the Wonder What's Next album came out.

I'm a pretty huge Korn fan too. Just recently made an all Korn playlist again, for a bit of throwback nostalgia.

I have not. I'll have to check that out. They are probably my favorite band though. Saw korn a few years back at the family values tour. Damn good show. Fly leaf, deaf tones, stone sour, korn and a few others I barely remember. Lol I used to go to a ton of concerts but kinda got out of it for no real reason other than life got in the way.

I think I've got Pandora where i want it now. Tool station plays Tool (obviously), apc, Chevelle, RATM, Deftones and CKY. I hit up the Lamb of God station when things need to get heavier.

I am of the opinion that if I want to hear a man boo-hoo about a woman, I'll listen to country. It has no place in metal. It's why I quit listening to Chevelle and bands like them, just one day had enough of it. Grow a sack and sing about drugs and gettin laid.

Your opinion doesn't matter. Every time I show up at your garage your playing coon tunes.
