Did the large knuckles and C's they used on the WFO buggy ever go into production? I'd like to run the 40 spline 2.5 ton rcv's and these seemed like a good way to fit them, that is, if they're available. Haven't seen them on their site. Thanks

Call em.

Yes you can buy them, several other rigs have them also.

EOR has a version of fabricated knuckles also.

Or you can use 05+ Dana 60 C's and knuckles

Awesome, thanks for the quick reply. I'd call but i doubt they're open right now. I'm stuck at work for another 8 hrs with nothing to do but find/research parts for my build. Just looked at the EOR setup. They don't specify but I would hope the $2500 price is for a pair of C's and a pair of knuckles, not just 1 side.

Here's a picture of the 14 bolt he done for me!! Couldn't be happier with it!! I believe the knuckle kit is $2500 and some change??

Thee are the EOR knuckles, I'm 99% sure they are 2500 for a pair

Pure beef right there. Though it looks like you have to get the rockwell style to use the 2.5 rcv's. Unless the knuckle is easily removable, then i guess you could install the axles first and then the knuckle.

one thing to remember wod setup uses 60 kingpins and bearings so buying rebuild parts is very easy

I believe with the EOR setup they use a big ass bearing like spidertrax, which allows the whole outer knuckle assembly to be taken on or off with two big bolts, all while the brakes, spindle, hub etc remain assembled.

I've held the EOR ones in my hand and they are pure badass. They also offer a smaller version so you can use stock 60 stuff wich would be perfect if you were building a 14 bolt. EOR ones use l9 bolts instead of kingpins.

Yes we do have them available. We just shipped the last set we had on the shelf yesterday. The next run will be available soon though. If you aren't able to call during business hours shoot us a email at [email protected].

Our knuckles come with all of the hardware, bearings, and seals. The bearings are readily available at any parts store.
High steer arms are included
We can build off of a Dana 60 spindle for 40 spline or Rock Well spindle for 47 spline.
We have light weight brake kits available.

If there are any specific questions you guys may have post up and ask.

As BUG-EJ mentioned, I'm going to build a 14 bolt and would like to run 40 spline but would also like to have the 2.5 ton rcv bell. Does this type of axleshaft exist or am i misreading? And if it does, can I run WOD or EOR's 60 knuckle or would i need to go rockwell knuckle to fit the 2.5 ton bell?

I've been running these knuckles on WFO and have had zero issues. The scrub radius on them is as tight as possible so they steer and handle exceptionally well. They use a D60 lower kingpin top and bottom with the preload set by shims. I have never had to add shims or make any adjustments from day 1. We chose to use a heat treated chromoly D60 spindle on them but as stated, the Rockwell spindle is a bolt on options as well. My entire setup is simple and quick to service. I absolutely couldn't be happier with the design, quality, function and form. They are a kick ass design with even better execution.

Our big knuckle accommodates a 40 spline Dana 60 spindle or a rockwell spindle.
We regularly build 14 bolts 40 spline inner/40 spline outer with the rockwell size RCV bell.
