Electric??? Gfi breaker

I'm pretty good at electric but I have a breaker that trips as soon as you turn it on. I unhooked the hot it still trips. I un hook the neutral going to plug it still trips. When I touch the neutral pig tail coming off breaker to the neutral bar it trips, even without the hot and load neutral hooked up. Any advise?

It is probably just bad the do go out just try swapping it

And.... I'm an idiot. Bad breaker. Swapped it with another one in the box.

Eddy how does it feel to do tha same thing I have done? Hahaha had me stumped but atleast u bought the right ones to swap in! I got a few and they are the wrong size. I chose to run a extension cord through the house. Hahahah that's on the priority list. Right under the samurai. Ha
