And this is where the buggy sits as of right now. Alternator/battery issue after a landslide.

I started out by unsticking myself from the mudslide this morning.

Then I drove home and got my little munchkin and we went to work.

My little one and I cut in a new trail called One Little Monkey. The worst part of the whole adventure was me getting to the top, without having cut in the out yet. I rolled the rock over in the one picture and there was still a tree in the way. Backed back down and cut the rest from the top.

Sounds and looks like a great time :woot: great pics too :driving:

Truly the most fun I've had over the holidays. I really need to get my boy out and make a day with him. Won't be able to cut anything, but he is a fun little guy to go riding with.

Nice work!

It's been a while since I have been there. What are some good trails that are not on hills? Are there any? Been years since I was there last and seemed like they all went straight up at some point.

Re:

Rock Creek, Bootleg Creek, Square Peg Round Hole, Gods Gift, Cousin Eddy, Timbukone, Happy Ending, Lunchtime, 408C, Valley Hill just off the top of my head.

I lied on this one. Cousin Eddy is getting pretty bad at the top. Ex wife isn't too bad and the one to the right....I think its called Child Support or something like that. Turkey Trail is short but has rocks.

I am out of town, but there will be a trail cutting/maintenance day on the 13th of February. The following Saturday February 20th, I will be out there as well doing some chopping and clearing. I am guessing it is going to be mainly for the SRRS race, but I have picked out a couple of hills I want to try and cut in before the big race too. I might have to squeeze those in during the week sometime before then.

Anyone wanting to help, feel free to contact Tyler at the office or Stony Lonesome OHV Park on here. As well, Tyler, feel free to post up anything special that we might be working on.

Re:

This Saturday 8am. In case you are wondering. I cut rain or shine, cold or hot. Most work half a day and ride half a day. I am sure Tyler would be OK with that. I usually work til I'm too tired to hop back in the crawler.

Maybe I failed to mention.....I am bringing another donation Poulan saw that you could have the pleasure of pulling 65 times to get started. That means one 14 incher thats 43 pulls, one 16 incher at 65, a 20 inch Husqvarna from Basch Brothers that pulls 3-4 and the trusty Stihl 16 that pulls 3-4.

With a workout like this, you could text someone else's wife about your massive biceps :stir:

I kid, I kid. :cougar: or do I? Seriously, come out and toss some wood around. Help get the park ready for SRRS. I will be there with bells on.

I myself will be a little late getting in...The youngin' has her first archery tournament! I am kind of pumped about it. Guys will be headed into the woods at 8, they know what to be working on.

One day, when my schedule is not slam packed, I'd love to come give you guys a hand again. I don't have my Jeep anymore but I'm sure Kel would haul me around. :****:

Yes sir. Glad to have you anytime. My next mobile is going to have to be a 4 seater, I swear. I can load all my cutting stuff up in my little Sami and fit one extra human. Bobby can load up his Jeep and fit 3 other humans and have space left over.

Is "Rock Creek" the one you got videoed me on right after we cut it?
Yes sir it is. It's gotten pretty good these days.

Here's some new parking lots that I most definitely didn't help with.

Hagan's Hill is getting rough. Red Labels were working hard in the wet mud.

Trail off to the right on Valley Hill. I don't have the HP in the wet to get to the rocks.
