Link tabs and ram mount

Here's mine. 1.5" tube. The front tube is .5 wall (a buddy's old tie rod). Plate is 3/16 ar400. It's been working great for me.

Patrick's buggy has an offset ram.

Makes for different steering feel left to right and a few other minor inconveniences in my book.

But if all you care about is turning your wheels, it works just fine.

double ended ram or single? or does he have it not lining up right at lock?

Dont think the ram cares where it is, especially on a double ended? Shoudlnt feel any different if its still fitting in line with the arms. At least I wouldnt think so....

If the control arms between the ram and arms are different in length, the angle to amount of steering will vary from one side to another. This will change more as difference increases. Just depends on how far offset it is.

On the trail most will not notice a difference.

DE.
It does feel different and turns better (more angle) towards one end than the other.

Like I said, not a lot and definitely gets the job done, but there is something different.
