The Toy will have air

I got me a York 210 compressor today. $17.40 at Pull a Part. It even works. :cheer: I took the brackets also to see if I can figure a way in using them so I will be able to tighten the belt.

The Exo cage is started!!!!!!

Started working on the exo today. Had to move the tool box back and cut the bed to make it shorter to get the "X" behind the cab. All that hardwork gettin cut up by a saw. Something to remember for te next build.

So far a hell of a lot of thinkin, layout and bending mockups on old tube has happened. We did manage to get a couple bends on a tube that will be used for the cage. I did get a picture of that part. I will get better pics tomorrow evening. Everything is working out pretty easy so far. :awesomework:

Here is some more work. Got the passinger side bent up. Turned out pretty damn good. We will get more done next week and should be done by next weekend.

Probably like 4 hours that includes the lay up time. It was a bit tougher to bent that as one long piece. It was a 20' stick and ended up cutting about 5' off when done.

A buddy of mine has it. He is pretty damn good. Has lots of confidence and knows hi ****. He tigs everything together.

He is looking for others to bend up stuff for.

won't be for at least 6 months to a year till i get steel to do it. the next question is how much?... i'd prefer it plumbed thru the cab and out the front of the cab, to dovetail the front while i'm there. that way it's setup for airshocks up front later in life...

I got lucky here. This guy and I trade off helping each other out allot. Of all the others I asked for bids convenced me it ain't cheap. So pad your wallet thick. It is very time consuming just doing the lay up.

More cage progress 4/18/07

Just a bit more done.
