Toy Carb ??'s

Ok, so I have a carb'd 87 toy 22r that will not idle. My question is am I missing some cover or something in the pics where I circled in red. If so I need to know what goes there and if anyone has one.

The same carb main body was used on multiple years/engine configurations.
Yours was likely not equipped.
If none of the holes leak fuel, or you can't see a drilled passage, it's nothing to worry about, your problem is likely elsewhere.
Have you pulled the air horn off and looked around at the jets, passages, etc?

I can see straight through it. It was used, now I need to find one. Anyone got one?

I've got a complete carb.
early 22r vintage.
free .99 in tacoma.
