So I managed to get my lift done this weekend and not horribly screw things up. Although still need to do a couple more things. Mainly I ran out of money so got to put the other things I need to do on hold till I catch back up from this first little bout. Hopefully I don't destroy too much between now and then. :D

Will try to get some better pictures later. Took a couple quick ones with my camera phone but by the time I made it back to the west side it was pretty much dark so didn't bother finding the digital camera for anything better.

The rest of the pictures are in the gallery couldn't figure out how to relink from there.

Talked to my friends dad and he figures that he will help me build my sliders and bumpers for a couple fifths. And figures he can come up with all the metal for me to build it all. Thank god for union workers about to retire lmfao

Thank you both. I actually ended up going with the Rubicon 4.5" super flex I didn't think to measure before and after but I am thinking I am sitting at more then 4.5 from it. But I have heard that is pretty common with the Rubicon lifts, should settle a bit once it is wore in and be closer to that we will see.

Well you also need to think about your tire size bringing the height of your jeep up . You have a pretty clean looking jeep. What are your future plans for it?

I should of added in the tires but figure moving from 31's to 35's is going to give me roughly a bit over 2" more. But right now I am well over 6.5" But from all of what I read RE springs to run on the large scale. so I expected it really. Not to mention with the stock bumpers and all of that I don't really have much weight to bringing anything down either.

The next things on my list is I need to build the front and rear bumpers and rocker guards. Depending on how long my flares last and how well things do I might end up going to tube fenders haven't really decided yet on that will just play it by ear. I also need to either put in a Super 35 kit which I don't really want to do or replace the whole back with a 44 or 60. Once I get that took care of then I will lock the front and rear which should help matters also. Can think of a few other things I would like to do off the top of my head but it all comes down to time and money. But the axle, lockers, and real bumpers are my main concern at the moment.
