There's a ton out there for the 4g63t. Those DSMs had quite a following.
They are stout, one thing to research is "crank walk" although it's shouldn't be much of a problem with an auto.
Slick truggy too, I'm digging the seats.
Same, I clicked in here thinking "If he's parted the blue one I'm picking up the diesel for the hell of it." Luckily I can quit working on the sales pitch to the wife.
Another vote for flatbed here. The flexibility of adding tie down points and not having to watch caving in bedsides. Also a well built flat will stiffen your chassis a bit to help with frame flex.
As far as cost effectiveness, who knows.
Got a T18/d20 out of a late 70s cj for sale. Came from behind a 304. Has the short input shaft, low first (can't remember ratio right off), comes with the aluminium bell housing. Worked well what time I had it in a cj5. Not really sure what other info one would need, but I'll answer whatever I can.
Selling my 99 Tahoe. Was my dd until the wife upgraded and I got her old cruiser. Great running rig, solid and super clean for the miles/year/price. Mileage is 230k and change.
5.7/4l60 runs and shifts great
Brand new 31s on steel wheels
Leather looks great, the drivers seat was...
Re: Wedding band alternatives
I've been rockin a qualo the last few years. It was like $30 off Amazon. Comfortable and durable, it lasted a year in Afghanistan and around the shop since. Before that I hadn't really worn anything since we got married due to work.
It's a skill. Some people are born with it, I was not. I've watched my Dad haggle with people to the point I was willing to pay the difference just to get the hell out of there. But, he does get **** cheaper, so who knows.
Looking for a 203, 205, d300, hell I'll throw down on a d20 for the right price. Just need something passenger drop and able to stand up to a stockish 5.3.
