The negative on the coil HAS to go to the negative plug on the distributor. This tells the coil when to spark. The coil has a negative and a positive plug. Your picture has the negative coil grounding to the body/block/engine. That WILL NOT work.

PB Blaster the beads and they will tap right off. Just make sure to clean it off prior to re-mounting them, as they will still be super slick. I had good results doing this on 2 different sets of Staz rims.

The outer lugs pull the tire toward the obstacle(rock, root ect.) instead of spitting you off the line. It made it easier to hold a line.
