    What tube bender?

    X2 on the Rouge. I went with a Rogue because it was the most affordable hydro setup, it is a fairly compact, and it bends vertically (so it is a lot easier to use in a cluttered work space).

    Underdrive pulleys?

    What diameter is it? If it is drastically smaller, it can definitely effect cooling, if it is only slightly smaller (like an 1"), it probably isn't causing many issues. Sent from my SM-G965U using Tapatalk

    As for the boaters license, I would highly recommend doing your class online here: http://www.boatus.org I did mine through them last summer, super easy and best of all FREE.

    If you didn't replace the relay, I would start there. Like Mark said, try an extra cycle to heat the cylinders before you try to start.

    I agree with Kevin, sounds like a motor issue. I had an old Ramsey that did the exact same thing and that was the problem.

    Winter prep

    Yeah that is the plug. You can use a water and vinegar mixture to clean out the hotwater tank, it will remove a lot of the scale that builds up inside.
