Re: '81 Jeep bobbed Scrambler
yes the frame is modified. it has been reinforced on the inside from the rear to the motor mounts and the the rear is tubed out and ready for 4-link and air shocks.
the mounts are for tuner fx...
this is the motor out of my buggy. it came out of my '94 3/4 ton chevy that got totaled. it had approximately 80k miles and i've been running it for about 5 years now offroading. this thing runs perfect. it has started and ran the first time everytime. i've had zero trouble out of this set up...
'85 350 complete, runs, hei distributer and complete howell tb fuel injection, pcm, wiring harness, fuel pump, headers and an air filter. minus the welding alternator, fan and compressor $600 location mounds ok.
Re: '81 Jeep bobbed Scrambler
here are some pics. i forgot it also comes with the steering column, brake pedal assy. and master cylinder. he also has a set of leaf springs and shackles for the front he will sell for $100 they are super lift 4''
the grill doesn't come with the radiator...
Re: '81 Jeep bobbed Scrambler
yes. on the rear you will just need to make 4 links and bolt up 2 air shocks (thats what he was running) it wouldn't be that hard to change to something else.
