Thanks, im happy with how it came out for just pulling the design out my ass and changing as i went. Yeah space is tight but I have room in the cab for a small cooler and some basic tools. We are never to far from camp to run get stuff.

Took the truck to the Bog Dogs offrad Ice breakers. Only issues the whole weekend are the PS pump works intermittently and the cable for the shifter fell on the exhaust and melted it so we had to rig up a shift mech with some vise grips. The truck worked very well as far as I'm concerned...

WITHOUT A DOUBT! But I have something like $120 into the whole setup (hoses, ram, Fittings) I kinda wish I had saved up and bought a nicer ram but oh well. This hopefully will work.

The axle side does not bind. It has enough play. If I could get the ram level with the tierod I would not have this problem but then it hits the oil pan. **** is tight! I still may mock it all up and have issues, I hope not but It has happened before.

The bolt can't be vertical. It interferes with some stuff and binds up due to the angle of the ram. The ram end is in a piece of box tubing (blue) that's will be welded to the plate.

This is my Idea for the ram mount. I could be ****ing up.... The blue is a .250 wall square tube to get the ram end in double shear. The orange is the plates that will attach it to the tie rod.

It cycles fine. I can remove the ram at any point if travel without binding. If I set it the other way the mount gets hung up with other crap. The mount will be plenty strong. It won't be what it is. That's just a mock up/make sure it wouldn't bind.
