    You may be right, however looks like about $40,000 min by the time you are ready to race. Heck a competitively race prepped Rhino is running $25,000+, why you would want to spent that much $$$ to go that s l o w eludes me! If you want to go race for the lowest $$$ keep checking RDC, DRides...

    Some designated trails and maybe your favorite/local area, yes. Most of the Oregon Coast Range and Cascades, etc (WA too!) were opened with a D8 or better. Often a Skidder choked! Not a Flattie.

    Hmmm... Ripped the steering gear box off the frame. Bent the drag link. Cracked the Pitman. Disintegrated the Rag joint. Blew 1st gear away. Wedged an ax in the frame and duct taped and bailing wired it to hold the steering gear box in place. 3/8ths inch and 1/4" zip ties got the rag joint back...
