My '97 Land Cruiser needs a new windshield and I need to find a shop that will do the installation correctly the first time. I've had too many bad experiences w/ mobile installations. Thanks.

    22RE problem

This happened to me. When it ran I pulled/wiggled the injector wires and it would die. Using a FSM wiring diagram and multimeter I ran continuity checks between the ECU plugs and the injectors 'til I found the bad wires.

    22re emissions and a v6 t/b

I've never heard of using a V6 t-body. However, I've done the later style plenum/t-body on both my '85 and '86 trucks. The air flow valve found in the earlier style system is removed along w/ it's associated hoses. This valve is built into the newer style t-body. You'll also need the rubber...

    Electric fan for toyota

You can do a quick test to see if the fan clutch is shot. When the engine is hot, shut it down and spin the fan by hand. There should be resistance and not spin freely. If it spins freely, you need to fill it w/ silicone. The following link shows how to...

    22RE Cold Start question....

I would check the wires and connectors going to the AFM to make sure nothing is loose. While you're at it I'd pull the cold start injector and check to make sure it's not all gunked w/ crud.

    which webber

I agree w/ crash. Don't even waste the time and money on a Weber. Had a 38mm on my '86 truck and it was horrible off road. I ran a fuel pressure reg and adjusted the float and it still sucked. Cold weather starting and drivability was another big issue. I converted over to EFI and haven't...
