    antifreeze/water evporation

It's NOT evaporating. Pull the plugs, look for one that's abnormally clean. If so, then that's the cylinder that's burning antifreeze. If all are uniformly dirty, then check the crankcase for oil/water contamination. Pull the dipstick, if it looks like cottage cheese, then that's your...

    winch overheating?

Your cables are too small. Run 0 or 00 guage wires to the winch, and from the winch back to the ground. Make sure you've got good, clean, connections, and make sure they're soldered, not crimped.

    turbo 400 to dana 20

It's a PITA to switch. You need both the adapter, and the TH400 output shaft. The output shaft requires you to completely dissassemble the transmission, and reassemble it with the correct shaft. Might as well rebuild it, as it's completely apart. The factory adapters were cast aluminum...

I cannot help with the dies, but I can bend it for you if you want to bring the tube to Port Orchard.

You've posted in the tech section, yet you've failed to either ask a question or post a technical accomplishment. So what exactly are you requesting?

    Back to square one.......

That's an easy fix (if it's real). Leave the mounts exactly the same, but change the tabs. Instead of the ones you see, make a set with two holes in 'em. One hole exactly where the existing hole is, and another hole about an inch higher. The mounting tab remains shaped the same, but gives...

    Back to square one.......

Technically, No. It's still a 2 to R, or a 3 to P. But please don't let my worthless drivel distract from a phenominal build thread. Keep up the good work. Keep up the pics. :awesomework:

    Back to square one.......

That might be tough to do. If it were mine, I'd try for 2nd to R.

    "The mistress"

The front axle upper link mount looks weak. That ginormous hole in the sides has no benefit and substantial detriment. I think it will fail. And IF it does fail, your axle will twist, destroying a driveshaft, coilovers, steering and a whole bunch of other expensive stuff, so reinforce that...

    Some Porn for Karl

Why the rear Atlas support. I had one, and took it off, after extensive reading. Call Advance Adapters. They absolutely don't recommend running one. I took that with a grain of salt, but after reading Pirate, and here, I too took mine off. this thread ...

LED tail lights & fast signal flash?

Just leave one of the side marker lights functional. They'll provide enough resistance to allow the LEDs to blink. With my bobbed fenders, I just tucked the side marker bulb and wiring into the engine compartment.

    Pokeys rebuild

What T-case is that. Really hard to tell by the pictures. An idea. Go back to the original t-case. The D18 tcase is offset. Since the offset is also dropped down, then the driveline angle is actually pretty good. I've seen lots of guys run the driveshaft from the offset side to a...

    Bronco 2.5 Full tuber

http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/showthread.php?t=686998 apparantly they're having people drop out. This rig has no business with an invite, or he's full of ****. If you still want to go, maybe you should just call them and ask if you can come. This rig is a pos. No cage. No winch. No...
