    YJ Belly Pan

When we are building them with the possibility of links in the future, we make the side plates taller and run them up the inside of the frame, drill and sleeve the frame for bolts to go through the side as well. I will PM both of you some prices today.

    YJ Belly Pan

We have built quite a few from basic flat plate and ribbing like Scott (Digger5) is talking about, to dropped for drivetrain clearance and up to being link mount skid combos. We do have the basic base and numerous side plate heights programmed to cut out at any time. Kinda hard to see, but...

upper link mounts for my tj?

From what I got you have a current long arm kit, want to remove the uppers & panhard, triangulate them to the truss you also have. If the uppers or the joints can be re-used it will save you some money, if not you would have the cost of the links, ends, frame brackets and labor.

upper link mounts for my tj?

Did you get it from John at ACROR? Is yours the one he called me about earlier today?

Team Those Gals YJ Stock Mod Rebuild

We haven't found anything saying cameras are not legal, I am sure it will be protested though. Ted's rig has some voodoo steering issues from the time it was built that "technically" shouldn't be there. Andy, yes we are trying the new 35x1250 Radial Rockers this year, hopefully with the...

    Suspension seats

Biggest thing on suspension seats is to try them out to see what fits you best. PRP has fit me the best on 90% of their models, same with Mastercraft, never had a Corbeau fit me correctly. I have six different models of the PRP's in the showroom for people to try out.

Team Those Gals YJ Stock Mod Rebuild

The corners and fenders are from Genright. Usually build are own fenders, but Genright stepped up to sponsors the Gals and Guys this year, so we are running all of their body parts.

Team Those Gals YJ Stock Mod Rebuild

So in getting ready for next years comp season, we decide to change some cosmetic things as well. We rarely have people in the back, and are going for a more streamlined look, so the back of the cage was removed, seat taken out and a different back section was done. The fuel cell is being moved...

    XJ 3 link

Currently we are out until the end of January, if you can wait that long we can do it and either use the skid you are looking at, or make something custom on the plasma table.

    Ruffstuff Joints...

and I have seen a heim pull out of a threaded link and took out all the same things, either one done right works, either one done wrong equals breakage.

    Ruffstuff Joints...

Try to have enough of everything in stock to do 2 complete rigs with either size, used a bunch in the shop this last week so have another order going this week.

    Ruffstuff Joints...

I am usually within a couple bucks on Dans price once shipping is factored in, and what sales he is doing. Typically have the 3/4 and 7/8 stuff in stock.

    Clark's Buggy Build

You'll be laughing like a little school girl when you fire that off for the first time. We sat there and would just keep cutting little tabs and laugh at how silly quick and cool it is. Like I said when you were here, if you have any questions when the techs are gone give me a shout, I may be...

    CNC plasma table

Never had call for anything bigger than a 4'x8' size. Takes two people to load a 3/16" sheet, three to load 1/4", kinda awkward moving 365lbs of steel that size. If you don't want to sit and watch thinner material, or worried about smaller parts not dropping through the slats and interfering...

    CNC plasma table

After the first couple of tweeks on the overall system, we have not had to really adjust anything. Some times we may change a cut speed if the tip is getting worn out, or we have changed material thickness from one run to another. We do have to adjust the torch height for the material thickness...

    CNC plasma table

We have had ours before they became involved heavily in the rock crawling scene and chose them based on talking with them and price for what we wanted and the ability to upgrade. In the first few weeks we had some glitches and they resolved everything over the phone w/o issue eventhough most of...
