    43 stickies vs 60 strength?

This one had a 420hpLS, 6l80e PR60/80 5.38's, KOH spec 40" trail grapplers, Atlas 3.8 and street weight was 6840lbs, Trail `weight about 1000lbs more..we Party hard and have huge tents etc. No issues and had it bounce off rocks and get air a few times.

Buyer Beware of High Angle Driveline

Ya all may want to try B&W driveline in Auburn Ca, make them for a lot of the KOH rigs out west.

    Trailing arm bushing material

Nope tight as hell. Having a bud machine me new Delrin bushings except with a sleeve this time. Just got a set of 40" Nitto's TG KOH's..can't wait to try them out and see how they compare to the street versions.

    Trailing arm bushing material

Yep its not trailing arm rotation. I have a Currie 1" rear and a TX1 front ultra 4 1.25"

    Trailing arm bushing material

Axle can move side to side...we are talking about a VERY small amount. I have 45* total on the upper links but only 5* total on the trailing arms. Granted I may be getting some movement in the frame 1/4" mounts so I'm looking at that also. If I have a double triangulated rear I likely wouldn't...

    Trailing arm bushing material

Rear steering from the horizontal movement in the frame mounted trailing joint. This is only on the street..trails never notice it..

    Trailing arm bushing material

locking the shocks isn't a option for me plus would do nothing to solve my issue.

    Trailing arm bushing material

First I'll try a temp fix..as my trailing arms are powder coated and heat treated so modding them for the BKOR will be a $$ pain, time pain plus redoing the frame mounts. My bud will machine new bushings but with a sleeve which should help..at least temporarily. Sleeve material TBD plus amount...

    Trailing arm bushing material

Yep..Phil helped and setup the trailing arms and tuned the shocks. Your viewpoint why 4" vs 2.625" I would think having bushings with 0* offset in my case would be better.

    Trailing arm bushing material

10-4 I'll look at the brackets to see if I'm getting any deflection in them, 1/4" plate now .

    Trailing arm bushing material

I am familiar with wobble joints I'm just not sure that they will stop all horizontal movement of the arms. Maybe Kartex joints will? Shocks are not mounted below the centerline of the trailing arms.

    Trailing arm bushing material

I have white one's now..not sure what they are, maybe Derlin? but would like to replace with something better that won't crack. Thinking UHMW or maybe oil light bronze or? Trailing arms are under a Heavy...7k loaded JK, strapped now at about 18" travel. I'm getting some rear steer from the flex...
