    Most 5/16" winch ropes (Amsteel, Viking etc...) are rated around 12,000 lbs. The Smittybuilt is only rated at 8000lbs on a slightly larger diameter rope!

    Wheelin party

    I don't know if you have any private land available but we do one for our daughters birthday every year in our yard and field. That way there's plenty to do the entire family. Infatables, pools and waterslides for the younger ones. Some BBQ, a mud pit and a small obstacle course for the adults...

    I learned the hard way at a young age to just keep my thumbs outta there when driving period. I always tell my passengers to hold thier belts if we go but I still hold the wheel. I'm usually working the wheel till way too late and by that time I don't want my arms flapping while I miss grabbing...

    Carpet or Vinyl floormat?

    These guys are right. The best thing you can do is get the metal floor itself sealed and protected from moisture first. A spray/roll on liner is the best way as long as you don't cut corners on the prep. After that, put what covering you want on it. Carpet is going to hold the moisture the worst...
